Have been dealing with service for a while now on 2 issues. Not quite happy with the communication. Several times parts have needed to be ordered and when the parts arrive after weeks sometimes they do issues. Not quite happy with the communication. Several times parts have needed to be ordered and when the parts arrive after weeks sometimes they don’t call to tell me. I have to call them. Then after waiting for the part I then have to wait sometimes another week or two to get it installed. So I’m stuck driving a defective car longer. I should not have to wait like a person with a first time appointment to ge my broken car fixed. I’ve already waited for the first appointment. Then went to the dealer and waited for the problem to be diagnosed. Then waited for the part to arrive. And now I have to wait for a regular appointment once the part does arrive. Also a few times I’ve left messages and don’t receive a call back. Not every time but it’s happen More

Bruce and Emil are outstanding service reps, but we are not happy with the outcome. We have a "Star Case" and for some reason, the issue has not been resolved yet. The lights on the car will come on/flash not happy with the outcome. We have a "Star Case" and for some reason, the issue has not been resolved yet. The lights on the car will come on/flash when the car is off, sitting in the garage. Corporate apparently said we need to look into whether we are getting interference from our garage door opener or other input. How this was turned around, for US to do the trouble-shooting, I don't know. But I know that Bruce and Emil will continue to help us with this issue, if it continues to happen. Overall, I am extremely happy with my Alfa, the dealership, and the service department! More
