Poor customer service. My vehicle was there for over 2 months, I called multiple times for status updates and never received a call back. Once it was ready I was told I had My vehicle was there for over 2 months, I called multiple times for status updates and never received a call back. Once it was ready I was told I had 48 hours to pick it up (it was a Friday afternoon when I received the call and they are closed on Sunday) When I had called the numerous times I left messages that I live out of state so would need notice to come pick it up. I live over 5 hours away, but I drove down to pick it up Monday and my vehicle did not have a driver side mirror and was still scuffed on passenger side. I had to leave the car there again for the mirror to be ordered. The car also needed maintenance work, which they noted in the paperwork. I asked them if they could perform it, they said to find out what warranty I had, but they never gave me an estimate and did not service it. I guess they did not want the business. More
The shop put in a cracked spark plug which i drove around with for 4 months. I had to go to a ford desler snd get s diagnostics test snd they put in a new spark plug costing me over 400 dollars.
