Emile and Bruce and their techs quickly identified an error and resolved it right away. They kept me posted on progress while I waited. Their post-service car wash is pretty close to standalone car wash error and resolved it right away. They kept me posted on progress while I waited. Their post-service car wash is pretty close to standalone car wash shops. I left off one star because they do not provide loaner cars nor do they provide shuttle service. Heck our local Hyundai, Toyota, and Honda dealerships provide shuttle service. Alfa Romeo is supposed to be premium brand and BMW, Volvo, Infiniti, Lexus, and Cadillac dealerships all offer loaner cars. More
