The first Alfa I got was a lemon (it had multiple thing wrong with it) and I was extremely harrowed, but as soon as I was told about the by salesman about the by-back, I was sold. The old dealership I bought from left me with 4 brakes that needed fixing urgently because they were at 5%! But the salespeople here made it their mission to help me get into a much better car than the lemon I had! They came in clutch, and if it wasn’t for their genuine compassion, I’d be left with a car I couldn’t safely drive. I unequivocally will buy more Alfas from them time and time again. If you’re looking for an Alfa Romeo, definitely come here! I promise you will not be disappointed! More

I had a realllly bad experience at fiat alpha romeo in mapleshade new jersey. Joe the sales manager at this dealership! sold my parents an alpha romero stelvio 2019 with 30k miles on it and a "full warran mapleshade new jersey. Joe the sales manager at this dealership! sold my parents an alpha romero stelvio 2019 with 30k miles on it and a "full warranty" . the first week my mom noticed a scratch on the drivers side door at the car wash after having it detailed. We Realized the dealer covered up an accident on the car and had it repainted that wasnt on carfax and no one pointed out. Then in 6 months the car engine wouldnt start and the lights decided to start blinking for hours during a storm, engine wouldnt start, trunk flew open repeatedly. We have them tow it to dealer. The dealer says we need new breaks rotors etc . That they sold us the car with 45% front breaks (which they didnt tell us when they sold it to my parents) And now within 6 months the car is down to 1% front breaks. They made us pay $1300 to fix the problem I called and spoke with the sales manger joe and service manager and they both refused to do anything- only proceeeded to continue the slick car salesman talk.
