My primary issue with this visit is that I asked for and was charged for a tire rotation. But I marked the rims before dropping the car of, and was told to my face, the rotation was done. But everyone was e was charged for a tire rotation. But I marked the rims before dropping the car of, and was told to my face, the rotation was done. But everyone was embarrassed when I told them the rims were marked - and they were in the same place as I dropped it off. Emil the Mgr was also embarrassed for both of us and he made the situation right in the end. More

Bruce and Emil in the service department are excellent. I have a Giulia Quadrifoglio and it's been there several times for routine maintenance and accessories. It's refreshing to actually be treated like I have a Giulia Quadrifoglio and it's been there several times for routine maintenance and accessories. It's refreshing to actually be treated like a customer, get return phone calls, price estimates, vehicle ready when promised, no surprises, etc. I did not buy the vehicle there but they still treat me like a VIP. Keep up the good work. More

Customer service mechanic was quick. The pay clerk was not useful. The service manager gave me my key after oil change and told me car was waiting outside. Once I went to the pay counter I asked to pay and was told she had no paperwork and I would have to wait. I asked if she could grab it so I could pay and she stated she doesn’t do that and just sat there. You have lost me as a customer for both service and any future car purchases.
