The people there are all very nice and easy to talk to! I only rate it the way I did was because I’m in a certain financial situation that they said they could help me out of. I recently got a car four months ago and it had a small issue (at the time of this story, I didn’t know what it was nor how much it’d be to fix). The financial person there made it sound like I could get into another vehicle, so I didn’t have to invest more money into a car that I wasn’t already pleased with (I’m paying a lot of money a month and it’s a base model). I do have other auto loans in my name (car I have to my brother and wife that they can’t really co-borrow anytime soon). I did very much explain my situation and they still have me hope. I saw a car there I absolutely loved and was willing to even pay more a month on. The gentleman I was working with made it seem that my wife (who admittedly has poor credit) could get it and I co-sign. We both had our doubts, but we still had hope! Five hours later and after destroying my wife’s already poor credit, and we couldn’t even get the car I wanted nor my old one (my old Ti Lusso is there and was a lemon from a different dealership- they did fix it). All things considering they did get me into a car that wasn’t a lemon, but I paid $250 more a month and had far less features (but less mileage was a good pro). If it wasn’t for the incredibly nice salesman I talked to, my and my wife’s experience would have been poorer. My warning is to make sure you got your finances very much squared away, and if they aren’t, do not allow them to give you false hope! Great cars and great people there! Just the false hope was not appreciated. More
I have been using this dealership since I purchased my first Stelvio in 2018. I love how it handles the road (curves, especially when I'm driving on those CT roads).
