The purchase process was simple and salesperson Jacob was very professional. However, the Grand Cherokee I purchased leaked through the roof and soaked leather seats and carpet two days after taking possessi very professional. However, the Grand Cherokee I purchased leaked through the roof and soaked leather seats and carpet two days after taking possession of the vehicle. This is the point where customer service was nonexistent. There was no followup despite emails with pictures and had to take vehicle to local dealer for an additional 550 gasket fix to correct leak. Also purchased warranty from dealer for 36 months at time of purchase, NONE of the warranty plans cover glass, body, or leaks. Obviously, the leak was present at the dealer, just not disclosed, and wasn't on Carfax. More
