Everything was great, On and service rep was wonderful. The only problem I had you guys are charging way too much money for an oil change which I can get itbcheaper down south. And the fact the last minute when I arrivedthere thinking that I'm going to pay whatever I was quoted two weeks prior and then you guys add up another $100 for an oil change of $279. Which is ridiculous for a car that's worth $50,000 or so. Anyway for that reason I might never come back for an oil change or any service related price and would shop before. More

All talk no action. I expected more out of a high end dealership. They promised to make my final last two lease payments and have not. As well no one returned my 3 calls and 2 emails until I threatened t dealership. They promised to make my final last two lease payments and have not. As well no one returned my 3 calls and 2 emails until I threatened to go to the BBB. Still just excuses and no action. Mr Campo made excuses about getting so many emails and didn’t see mine, no excuse for not returning my calls. When he finally did call he said the dealership would pay me directly because they don’t send payment to other dealers. Then he sends me an email copy of a payment sent but not cashed. He has no idea of what’s going on or what had happened. Still not resolved More
