As usual, the service was fantastic. I went in for an oil change and bought my own oil. Everyone was very nice. The two persons I dealt with the sales rep River Gonsalez and Patel in Finance tried to be helpful. Given the excellent condition my car trade in was and I think I should have been treated better I don't think the car was delivered in an acceptable condition: 1) There is an issue with the paint in the rear of the car that should have been taken care of. I took Custom Auto near the dealership and was told it is caused by overspray and could be fixed. 2) The trunk is not closing correctly. I was told by Custom Auto that they may be able to fix it but weren't sure. 3) The correct tires for that car should be Run Flat as it does not have a spare. The car was delivered with regular tires.
