All good. Service writer was very experienced and easy to communicate with. Also got a loaner car without asking a big big plus however the labor rate at $300 Service writer was very experienced and easy to communicate with. Also got a loaner car without asking a big big plus however the labor rate at $300 per hour is very high. A very expensive experience. Anyone works on a Ferrari versus a regular automobile the rate goes up double or triple! Very professional and knowledgeable people worked on the car and all in all it was a good experience except for the very high price.!! The best service writer I’ve ever dealt with in 50 yrs. More

For better customer service, please follow-up with customers on ETAs for vehicle transfers. Delays happen but for a first time customer such as myself, I was worried about delivery due to multiple del customers on ETAs for vehicle transfers. Delays happen but for a first time customer such as myself, I was worried about delivery due to multiple delays. My car was getting dropped off and i wasnt called a hour before arrival time so I could be there. That was worrisome considering I was at work. I also think its best to have a signature signed from the customer to confirm that the vehicle is safely delivered. Other than that the transaction went great and love my new ride More
