I worked with Kelly over the phone who was immediately kind and welcoming and accommodating to align schedules to get my car serviced. I worked with Chris when I dropped the car off and picked it up. He was super friendly and attentive to the service needs of my vehicle and well-versed in all things Alfa. The same day I dropped it off I got a call addressing all my concerns and that the vehicle is almost ready, except one of the issues wasn't totally ironed out yet. I just want to say I was thoroughly impressed by the speed and efficacy they got to my car and were able to pinpoint the issues. I've left it at another dealership for 4 weeks 1 time and 5 weeks another time...and both times they were "unable to repeat customer concerns." In fact, my vehicle was just sitting on their lot most of the time. So, with Alfa in Strongsville OH this is not the case and this is highly commendable and I greatly appreciate the respect, thoroughness, and kindness I felt in working with them. I scheduled this without a loaner to get my vehicle in before I run out of the factory warranty, but will return with a loaner to get the last issue ironed out. It was just a timing thing, but nevertheless it was recognized, discovered, and addressed...and that means a lot! Thank you to all who helped make this a great experience! More
