Doug made it easy to purshase a new Stelvio and was able to find a towing service for my old car! Super guy...and lots of great alfas on display at this dealership and even though I live over 2 hrs away, i to find a towing service for my old car! very friendly , polite , attentive people . my experience was much better the second time around . my alfa was delivered to me with a damaged rear bumper which i didn't notice until days later , while hand w was much better the second time around . my alfa was delivered to me with a damaged rear bumper which i didn't notice until days later , while hand washing the car . they buffed out the scratches upon my return and that experience was very good . i would recommend them to people seeking an alfa or fiat . Inspection that came with service was minimal, if it happened at all, and whoever worked on my car missed major problems with my brakes and tires. Front desk clerk pointed out possible problems after I happened at all, and whoever worked on my car missed major problems with my brakes and tires. I get the feeling that the "inspection" included in regular service isn't much of an inspection. I took my car elsewhere to have my brake pads, rotors and tires replaced. More
