The purchasing process went well. However, my driver's license and insurance card were left on the copier and had to be sent to me. Also, one thing that was very upsetting, was the fact that no one explai license and insurance card were left on the copier and had to be sent to me. Also, one thing that was very upsetting, was the fact that no one explained to me that infant/child car seats can be a real problem to place in the Mercedes GLS 450 due to the headrests on the back seat. I had even mentioned the fact of having two grandchildren who spend time with us. It was close to closing time and the car features were explained to me in a rushed manner. The last statement was, "oh, by the way, the back headrests can be removed." We looked into this, and it seems almost impossible to do. The entire backseat would have to be torn apart to remove them. If this would have been explained to me, we would have never purchased this vehicle. More
