I took my car in for an oil change, and found the entire experience to be stressful and unsatisfactory. I had an appointment for 1:00, and finally left at 3:22. When I scheduled the appointment I was told it would take an hour at the longest and planned my afternoon accordingly. When I first asked, at 1:30 , about the status of my car I was told it would be done soon. When I commented that I have never had an oil change take so long I was told "you don't have to come here for service." Certainly not the response of someone concerned about customer satisfaction! I checked again several more times and was told each time that it wouldn't be long. I repeatedly said that I needed to leave in time for an appointment with a client at 4:00, which by the way, I was almost late for. In addition to the oil change they did have to check the stop/start function and apparently reset the computer. However I can't imagine that added so significantly to the length of time I spent at the service department. If so, that should have been explained to me. I did get to stretch my legs going back and forth to the water fountain, as I wasn't offered any water and the vending machine didn't have water. A small detail, but details do matter. When I checked again after 3:00, I saw that I was now waiting for my car to be washed- a nice touch but I would have appreciated it more if I wasn't worrying about how I was going to make it in time to my appointment with my therapy client. I would never have expected to spend two and a half hours for a scheduled appointment for an oil change. I have to wonder what would happen if something more extensive is required. I will most likely be exploring other options for service in the future. Added note: the same warning light came on again briefly a few days later, so if it comes on again I will have to make a decision sooner rather than later about where to go for service. I can't really rate the individuals I worked with as I don't remember their names, although this rating system requires something. More

Doug was a blast to work with - the entire team was incredible. We wanted the full Alfa experience so we drove 4.5 hours each way to pick up our Stelvio in person instead of asking to have the car deli incredible. Honestly, this was the most fun I have ever had buying a car. Didn’t hurt that it was an Alfa(!) but Doug’s passion for these cars and his engagement with us as customers made this all the more special. Grazie! More
I originally spoke to Jared Janson about this 2020 RAM truck. He stated it was at the body shop for tailgate repair. The CarFax report shows minor accident damage to the front driver side, entire driver s truck. He stated it was at the body shop for tailgate repair. The CarFax report shows minor accident damage to the front driver side, entire driver side and rear driver side of the truck. It also states Under Carriage damage. That is a little more damage than the rear tail gate Jared talked about. He could not provide any details on the damage in question. I asked for the Bodyshop name or phone #. NO RESPONSE. After almost 2 weeks I recontacted the dealership and spoke to Jennifer. She said the truck had been in an additional accident at the body shop and there was some kind of cover up by the body shop. The dealership was trying to repo the unit. She still could not provide any details about the damage indicated in the Carfax. She did say there was a Police car accident report about the additional accident at the body shop. Later same day Jared called, but had no information about the accident. I asked multiple times to get accident information, but this dealership seemed to hide and tip toe around providing me that information. Gave me a bad feeling!!!! Jared also stated that the aftermarket Borla exhaust would not void the warranty on the Truck. False statement.... IT DOES! Buyer beware. This is not a place I would spend my money! More
