I never imagined that a car buying experience could be as fun and smooth as this was! Kylie was INCREDIBLE to work with. She listened, and let me decide at my own pace without any pressure at all. Performed recall on catalytic converter, sent it home with broken exhaust flex pipe. We were then told if we wanted it fixed to take it to a muffler shop and given a phone number of the shop. Never cal with broken exhaust flex pipe. We were then told if we wanted it fixed to take it to a muffler shop and given a phone number of the shop. Never called or contacted us before we picked it up to explain there was an issue with the exhaust. Now I have a loud car with a hole in the exhaust pipe. Definitely worse than when i dropped it off.
