traded a truck for a yukon xl 2500 I drove all the way up there from Cincinnati Ohio to basically to trade in our 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 for a 2007 GMC Yukon XL 2500 they had on their webs I drove all the way up there from Cincinnati Ohio to basically to trade in our 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 for a 2007 GMC Yukon XL 2500 they had on their website for a while. I kept checking to see if it was for sale and finally made the decision to drive up there with my father and take a look at it. It said on the website that it was "spotless"...new tires etc. I traded in a truck with 100K miles, it was newer, but did have two issues...rust starting by gas tank and a small tear in driver seat. The salesman I was dealing with (I cannot remember his name) was probably the worst salesman I have ever dealt with in my life. I ended up purchasing the Yukon, only to get it home and so many things started going wrong in the first 5 days I had it...here is the list!!! The ABS brake light came on, hood latch was broken which doesn't allow you to use the key fob to lock/unlock doors because the alarm goes off due to the hood being "open", the "NEW TIRES" were not new tires, in fact I had to have them replaced 6 months later when my repairman told us they were totally DRY ROTTED and useless. The A/C blew 6 months after I got it, I could go on and on....I noticed on paperwork with my husband and I did the deal that they did the deal incorrectly...as far as the trade and the "deal"...I SO SO SO SO SO wish I would have kept our BEAUTIFUL YELLOW DODGE RAM and not traded it in on this hunk of junk that was SUPER OVER PRICED TO BEGIN WITH!!!!! Keep looking if you stumble across this dealership!!! More

lemon bought a 2009 f350 from them, and within 1 year of owning i have put over 6,000 in repairs in the truck. now truck is back in shop needing another 3,0 bought a 2009 f350 from them, and within 1 year of owning i have put over 6,000 in repairs in the truck. now truck is back in shop needing another 3,000 in repairs and of course the 3rd party insurance they sell called tvp that costed me an extra 2700.00 hasnt covered anything. the rear end is out now and tvp says its not catastrophic enough to cover. to me 3000.00 is catastrophic enough. also come to find out when previous paperwork was pulled on truck it has been in the shop 3 different times for rear end work. Do not trust this dealership to purchase a vehicle they do NOT stand behind anything they sell. JUNK.... BEWARE More

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !! I wouldn't buy a Hot wheel truck from this place. My son bought a truck from there and has put 7 thousand dollars into it and has only had it for a I wouldn't buy a Hot wheel truck from this place. Out of state scammers Diesel direct of Strongsville Ohio claims they will do all they can to help get a vehicle for you if you live fairly far or even out of state. They "s Diesel direct of Strongsville Ohio claims they will do all they can to help get a vehicle for you if you live fairly far or even out of state. They "specialize" in out of state sales. Although this is true... it is their scam. Being out of state (MI) I asked alot of questions. Most people should be able to trust their salesmen. But NOT (Jim Zabielski) he was a total liar and falsely advertised a truck we purchased. I specifically asked if the truck had any body rust and he told me no. Because who wants to spend 33k on a 2012 truck with rust everywhere on the body. I asked about the tires. He said they had lots of life left on them. When the truck was delivered to me (when i wasnt home intentionally) it had rust spots all over that was just painted over by them. Doors, tailgate, hood, entire underbody had rust. The seals on all 4 windows are destroyed. The tires are bald. Thats just a couple of the many lies. After Jim spent days playing childish games by hanging up on me a few times I contacted his sales manager Rick Shuba. He led me to believe he was going to help solve some of the issues with the truck that was falsely portrayed but he made excuse after excuse for the delays as to why they haven't come to pick it back up. Then they stopped responding to messages and will not return phone calls. I've tried everything to solve this without a lawyer but that is now my next move. DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING A TRUCK FROM HERE. It is a shady dealership and not the dealership you should find affiliated with a new car dealership. Do not trust them. More
