Needed to through Chrysler to honor our warrenty agreement. The time it took to honor warranty agreement and cause multiple phones to finally agree to do the service. This is the second time we have had to call Chrysler for help to fix a problem. I would recommend this dealer, but be cautious. More

Always Fast in and Out Service I interact with the service department at least twice each year. Because I have been a customer for nearly seven years and own two cars from the deale I interact with the service department at least twice each year. Because I have been a customer for nearly seven years and own two cars from the dealer the attention paid to my needs is always excellent. Jim at the front service desk is prompt and efficient, and the vast majority of times whatever problems I'm experiencing are resolved in one visit. Also, I get a free loaner!
