After waiting a week for a price I finally called and asked if our sales rep was available, he was not, so I asked for his voice mail, they responded they were not sure if they had voice mail, then said they did and I was transferred only to find the voice mail was not set up. When I went into the show room the following Saturday, the salesman indicated there internet was down a couple of days, he could call? He must have realized we where serious buyers? I decided to give it another go, really wanted the car... the process continued to be a mess. In the end, I knew I wanted the car but I couldn't get past the thought of what the service would be like after the purchase.... If Alpha wants to compete in this luxury market, they are going to have to fully commit to the "Dealer experience" More
xxxx the last 6 months I bought a 2007.5 dodge cummins. Ran great for 2 weeks around 500 miles. Everything went wrong valves bad because egr and dpf was bad. Meaning needed I bought a 2007.5 dodge cummins. Ran great for 2 weeks around 500 miles. Everything went wrong valves bad because egr and dpf was bad. Meaning needed head redone, new dpf and exhuast system. Bought extended warrenty they said it was all maintance and is not covered. $13k later nothing is paid for still have not driven the truck because the egr needs replaced. Asked the dealer for help because it was only two weeks after buying the truck. They will not return my phone call now. This is fraud. More

I have to be honest in saying that I was skeptical when Jimmy and I had 99% of the deal complete via phone/email. Jimmy even worked a trade into the deal via email. Though the initial offer for my trade in was a fair price, Jimmy was able to get another $1,500 for it upon my arrival. This was the most seamless vehicle purchase that I’ve ever had. Would highly recommend working with Jimmy for a vehicle. I bought a 2016 GMC Sierra Elevation. More
What a miserable experience and person. Let me start off by saying that I have been extremely patient and nice to everyone at this dealership despite how I have been treated and the broken v Let me start off by saying that I have been extremely patient and nice to everyone at this dealership despite how I have been treated and the broken vehicle I was sold until it has been three months from when I purchased it and I am still getting the runaround, being ignored and hanging up phone calls, I spoke with this xxxxxxx yesterday about the car (lemon) that was sold to me back on October 10th that I have not been able to drive for more than a week without a catastrophic failure. I called several months ago about the alternator and battery being bad in the car. I was told by Rick that he would look into it and call me back. After a few weeks I just decided to replace the alternator and battery. The car has had issues starting since the day after I purchased the vehicle. It didn't start yesterday again (and I missed work again...) so I called and was told Rick was in a meeting and that he would call me back. This was at 9:00 AM. In the afternoon I got fed up with waiting so I called again and was transferred to Rick. After waiting on hold for several minutes (apparently someone else was more important than an actual customer) Rick finally spoke with me (how gracious of his majesty...). I was irritated that yet again I was ignored so I had a bit of an attitude. Rick immediately elevated the attitude to another level and told me that "We don't have to call you back." The customer service (or complete lack thereof) that I have experienced at this dealership (itself horrible) was nothing compared to Rick's treatment of me. He personally insulted me, talked over me constantly, hung up on me several times, and yet again would not do anything about the lemon I was sold. I told him I would be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and he told me that he "knows how to deal with the BBB." I'm sure with the number of broken cars they sell they have plenty of experience with "dealing" with the BBB. The conversation ended with me being irate and yelling. I spent the next hour crying about how I was treated. I don't understand how this person has a job at all, much less a managerial position. He isn't qualified to manage a lemonade stand, unless the lemonade is mixed with cyanide... These guys are crooks. Read the reviews. They sell broken and rusty cars advertised as being in pristine condition constantly. They steal thousands of dollars from unsuspecting people. I don't understand people like this and how they live with themselves. I thought buying a used car from the used car portion of a new car dealership would be a safe purchase. Boy was I wrong.... If they had just fixed all the issues then I would have been able to accept the terrible customer service, I would have been able to accept the car's multiple issues, If the car had worked after replacing the alternator and battery myself (out of my own pocket) I would have been able to accept this. The time for civility is over. I will be pursuing legal action against against this dealership and if possible against Rick and the salesman I dealt with Craig Toddy (also a xxxxxxx, miserable crook, with terrible customer service). I'm sure this idiot will respond with some xxxxxxxx response. For your own sake don't believe it. It isn't worth the risk to buy a car from here. There are many more reputable dealers in North East Ohio you can purchase an actually functional vehicle from. I hope I can prevent one person from being ripped off by these crooks with this review. Getting what you want Back in February/March of 2018 I started researching the Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio after lusting over it for several years. I visited every deal Back in February/March of 2018 I started researching the Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio after lusting over it for several years. I visited every dealership in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area. Read all the reviews. Scoured the Alfa Forums. It was on that forum I found out about Jim Zabielski of Alfa Romeo/Fiat of Strongsville. None of the dealerships in the DFW area were willing to or not able to order my car to my specs. I was getting frustrated. I called Jim up in Ohio and told him I want to order a 2018 Giulia Quadrifoglio to my exact specs. He enthusiastically responded 'Absolutely, no problem at all'. I happened to be in the Cleveland area the next week and Jim picked me up from my hotel in a Quad for a spectacular test drive. Turns out it was too late to order a 2018 so he ordered me a 2019 for the same price. 3 months later some of the 2019 options came out and I wanted to add them to my order, but it was too late. Jim said not to worry and just ordered me another car and said he would sell the original order on the lot. I cannot convey the pleasure it was to work with Jim Zabielski of Alfa Romeo/Fiat of Strongsville. He made sure I got exactly what I wanted. He didn't push me to just buy a car off his lot. His enthusiasm is contagious, and it was truly fun to work with another 'car guy' over just another suit looking for a sale. They also shipped my car to Dallas for me!! More
