This dealership has very considerate employees who do not keep you waiting unlike other dealerships or wondering where the salesperson or finance person has disappeared to in the middle of the sale. They are very attentive to your needs and tell you what's going on during every step while you are negotiating your car deal. All the paperwork is handled smoothly and efficiently, and they get back to you very quickly on texts and phone calls. I highly recommend buying a car from them. We drove 2 hours to this dealership because the price was so much better than where we live. More

Passed by two other Alfa Romeo dealerships to purchase our Stelvio at Strongsville. Multiple reasons why: They have the inventory. Built a great reputation. Offer aggressive pricing and an absolutely no xx buying process. No hidden fees or dealer crap. But what really sets them apart is the people. Salesman Leon was the BEST! I have purchased or leased nearly 50 new cars in my life, and he is one the best I've encountered. Excellent follow-through. Good product knowledge. Not pushy. Plus, just a nice guy to deal with. General Sales Manager Mike did our paperwork and is just great to work with. Knows the Alfa Romeo brand like no other. Again, no aggressive sales tactics on the F&I side. Just real easy going. I can see why these guys sell Alfas from coast to coast! I'm glad we made the trip for my wife's new Stelvio Ti ! I highly recommend this dealership. More

The service center was great. The guys did everything they could to get our vehicle fixed. Due to the inability of Stellantis to configure a defect code to diagnose the issue, A The guys did everything they could to get our vehicle fixed. Due to the inability of Stellantis to configure a defect code to diagnose the issue, AR of Strongsville was handcuffed to repair our Tonale quickly. Due to the inability to figure out a code as to what was wrong, we had to wait five (5) weeks to get our Tonale back. This wasn't their fault, but being without a vehicle for that long and to not receive any compensation for it was and has soured us on Alfa Romeo. I would love to talk to someone at Stellantis about this. Chris and Mike were very nice to work with, and I applaud their efforts to try to get us fixed quickly. More
