They gave me and my family the attention that any person needs when buying a new car and especially a vehicle that costs a lot of money. Nevertheless, they gave us an incredible deal and were very gracious in every aspect of the transaction. I absolutely love my car and just got back from Toronto Canada with my X5 with no problems. Consequently, my BMW is a 4.4 V8 engine and it only took 3/4's of a tank to get to Canada. WOW! Power and Gas mileage with the luxury of the BMW tag equals extreme happiness. THANK YOU GOD! This was by far the best experience I have had in buying a new car. The sales people were accommodating and friendly, and were not pushy in any way. My husband & I started looking for a Tiguan in June. Even though it was near the end of the month Andrew didn't pressure us. I have two volkswagons, a Jetta and a beetle and unfortunately the only dealer in Alexandria is Alexandria Volkswagon. Service is unaffordable. Every time I have taken a car there I have been handed unfortunately the only dealer in Alexandria is Alexandria Volkswagon. Service is unaffordable. Every time I have taken a car there I have been handed a list of things that "need to be done" and an estimate that is never less than a thousand dollars. I have to specify that I only want the thing that is broken fixed and even then the cost is far higher than the same repair would be on a domestic car. Sadly I have concluded that unless a dealership with an honest service department opens in Alexandria I just cant afford to own a volkswagon. Bill More
