Extremely pleaseant low pressure sales experience. Bernie was very well trained in client service. We received a fair trade-in value on our vehicle and a competetive price on our new VW purchase. I haven't felt this disrespected at a car dealer since the 80's. I went in to discuss buying out my lease. I think they see they can make more money getting the car (in excellent condition with mileage below the lease terms) back. Too bad, since I have several young adult children who will be buying cars over the next few years, but we won't be returning here to do so. I did have on oil change at the same time and Tracy in the Service Department was very nice. But I was never able to get the phone answered on several attempts so I took my chances and just showed up without an appointment. More
I bought a new 2013 VW Eos Lux from Bernie today. I have to say that I am impressed with the straight dealing and friendly approach I experienced with Bernie. We were able to come to an agreement via SMS messaging at a really good price, and when I went to pick up the car later in the afternoon, he had it prepped and ready to go and the deal paperwork teed-up. When I found a small error in the paperwork, he immediately confirmed it with the GM, revised the paperwork and we closed. No hassle, no finagle, no games. I went to this dealership because it was recommended to me as a straight dealing operation with a solid service center. The recommendation was dead on, and I would perpetuate the recommendation to anyone in the market for a VW. Ask for Bernie- he will do you right. More
I bought a used car from them. The salesman assured me that this car and been through a rigorous inspection and was in mint condition. I drive it home with no real problems. The very next day it would not that this car and been through a rigorous inspection and was in mint condition. I drive it home with no real problems. The very next day it would not start. I call them up and they tell me to bring it in and they will take a look at it. Well i live three hours from the dealership so that wasn't possible, and the car wouldn't start to make it there anyway. After wasting a full day trying to figure out the problem and walking several miles to get jumper cables i find out i need a new battery. I tell the dealership this and they say fax the receipts over and we will write you a check today. Well one week and three phone calls later i am told that the check got put onto the outgoing mail pile(Still haven't received check). Three days after the battery dies the door handle on the driver door stops working. i call them and tell them they say there is nothing we can do, we only work on volkswagen. They also tell me that they only do the minimum state inspection on used cars and not the rigorous one i was expecting and told it had. They were not helpful or even appeared to care with any of my problems. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. More

I had a wonderful experience with Carlos (salesman) and Ene (financing) this past weekend replacing my Jetta. They were able to apply all kinds of incentives and I actually walked away with a new diesel J Ene (financing) this past weekend replacing my Jetta. They were able to apply all kinds of incentives and I actually walked away with a new diesel Jetta for less than the same model two years older. I felt really taken care of and they gave me a fair trade for my 2003 which was on the brink of death. I came in with a pre-approved load from my bank, but they were actually able to save me an addition 1.1% with their rate and that process was super easy as well. Thanks guys! My dad purchased his last vehicle from here and I have a feeling we will come back for more in the future. More

Pamela pulls up to the front with the only Passat TDI on the lot just for my husband to explore. She knew it would be irrestible once he got in, but she waited very patiently before even asking if he wanted to take it out for a drive. My husband hates salespeople Who hover! After the test drive she was quick, efficient and extremely knowledgable about the sales policies and negotiating the best price. We didn't feel pressured nor manipulated except for the ice cream sundae! Nice touch there! The next thing we knew, my hard-nosed husband was cleaning out our trade in and exchanging keys for our fabulous new and gorgeous Passat special! Instead of feeling exhausted and coerced, we were treated with the utmost respect and came away exhilarated and truly enjoyed her sincere love for Volkswagen cars and her sales position. Even her introduction to Ene was pleasurable as we transitioned from Making the decision to buy to spending more to own! Your customer service is truly no. 1! I called several dealers after deciding on the car that I wanted. Andrew gave me the best price on his first quote. Although the car wasn't in stock, he found and got the exact car I was looking for. A few dealerships I spoke with said, "good luck finding that." Andrew found it! Taking delivery was easy. I was told my options for extras without the hard sales that have come along with the buying process every other time I have bought new. I got a great interest rate without haggling. Andrew seemed less like a salesman and more like a guy that really loves cars and knows a lot about them. This was by far my most enjoyable new car buying experience ever. More

This was a whole new experience for me, and I just moved to Virginia from out West, so I was quite nervous. I narrowed my choice down to a used Saturn Ion - it was finally a car that had fairly little mileage on it but was still in my price range. My salesman, Carlos Ayala let me take it for a couple of test drives, and really set me at ease. I had previously gone to another dealership where the salesman started to get quite pushy, but Carlos was not that way. I'm much more likely to buy something when I don't feel like I'm being forced/pushed into it, and part of the reason why I did end up buying the car was because Carlos was very patient and willing to work with me. The asking price for the car was already pretty good, but still towards the high end of my price range. When I asked if there was any way for them to bring it further down, Carlos was not only able to do so, but they also gave me a warranty (a short one, but a warranty nonetheless) and filled the car up with a full tank of gas rather than just the usual half tank for used cars. What really gave me peace of mind was them giving me a 24 hour grace period to take the car, and if I decided I didn't like it, I could return it with no questions asked. Before that I'd still felt good about the car, but wasn't yet 100% sure I'd go through with it. Their willingness to give me that time to take the car and Carlos working to get something like that for me was a big influence on my final decision to buy it. Yong helped out with all the paperwork, and he was great too. He was very patient and explained things very clearly to me. Overall, I felt very comfortable with both Carlos and Yong. They were very helpful, patient, and kind. I'm much more likely to buy a product (especially a huge investment like a car) when I'm dealing with people like that. It was a great experience! More
