Bait and switch I purchased my first VW from Alexandria VW in 2001 and recently went there to look at new 2018 VW Atlas they listed on the web site for 29200. When we started to discuss numbers 29200 turned into 33650 final price. Apparently to get an advertised price you need to recently graduate from college, be in the military and work for a selected few "partnership" companies all at the same time. Plus they added a 'Paint protection" in addition to destination charge, tax and processing fee. This place has gone downhill from last time I was there, they advertise lower than other dealership prices which are not available to everyone to get people in the door and than try to make a sale. I will not support this and will take my business elsewhere. More

The pre-owned Outback needed a few tweaks which were thoroughly addressed, but took a little longer than expected, so they gave me a nice loaner to drive so I didn't miss my sister's wedding. Quality service was also prevalent during the financing and vehicle registration processes. More
