Once everything was all set, including financing beforehand with VWCredit, i drove all the way down to DC, just to pick up a CPO Touareg from these guys. I dealt with Brett in sales and also with Maggie in finance, and both were great to work with. They made purchasing a used car a pleasant and straightforward experience & well worth the trip. I immediately showed them through my bank app that my credit rating was indeed above the minimum requirement and the finance manager’s response was to give me a rate of 2.49%. Seriously? The staff at Alexandria VW remained in touch with me from that point on. Just four days after my initial phone call I made the 250-mile trip from PA to VA in a rented car.
