Bad Customer Service Went two weeks ago to see a 2011 Mini that was online and was told it had not arrived yet. Got a card from Mr Hamlet and was told once the vehicle arrived he would call. He did call me and said the vehicle was there. Online it said it was a manuel trans. The pictures sent to me was a Automatic. I asked about this and was told it was a Automatic manuel. Really, I know the difference. I made an appointment to see the vehicle Sunday 4/14 at 12. The salesman called me Saturday to make sure I was coming. I said yes I was. I traveled 50 miles each way to see this vehicle twice. I got a call 10 minutes before I was due to say the vehicle was sold. I said are you sure and he said he drove by and it was gone. I was his day off and I guess he didn't go in to make sure. I went to the dealership since I was very close and made sure and the salesman was not there. What they don't realize is I have been in the car business for 20 years and this is a perfect example of Bad Customer Service. Wont be making a 3 third trip. Will stick to Maryland dealers. More
