The car was detailed, fuel of diesel, and ready to go. The only negative was the final transaction closing/payment process: Instead of using the Bank of America pre-approved loan that I brought with me, they insisted on putting my information into their VW finance system to try to also sell me their financing. They couldn’t beat my preferred rate with BofA, so all that did was waste my time, and result in a second query on my credit report, costing me 5 points on my credit score. I was on a tight timeline, which I explained to them before I arrived, and they executed a very smooth and rapid sale. Other than that minor annoyance, this may have been the smoothest purchase of a car I have done. More
