This Dealership was cool but I feel like there’s way too many cars in that small lot. You could barely park your own car with how tight of room there was. I recently purchased a used RDX from the dealership and the car did not look like it did online. The concerns I had on my test drive were not addressed and even tried convincing me it was something else wh the car did not look like it did online. The concerns I had on my test drive were not addressed and even tried convincing me it was something else when his suggestion had nothing to do with the actual problem I was concerned with. Multiple issues inside the car the sales associate did not care to address. Only cared to address a big dent in the bumper (probably from the dealership staff themselves). I noticed multiple cars located on the end having scrapes and damages because of the tight spacing of the dealership. The dealership was not interested in fixing anything with the car even when the problems resulted in the negligence of the dealership staff, the only worry they had was to sell a vehicle to a customer. By the time I received my car from clean up the interior was still dirty. The clean up crew cleaned the areas that are mostly visible but as you get close there was still big dirt spots and areas not even wiped down. Even the outside was slightly dirty still as if they don’t care for the job they signed up for. I would not recommend buying a used vehicle from this dealership. The total amount of repairs needed for this vehicle adds up to over $2000. I would not even think twice of coming to this dealership again. More

Rob Rocheford was everything you could ask for in a sales associate. We test drove a car one weekend, and since we didn't hear from our insurer about a pay out for weeks, put car shopping on hold.
