From the moment we stepped onto the lot, we were welcomed warmly and engaged with helping us find what we were looking for. After our test drive, we knew we needed to come back after a few days to see if the car we looked for was on the lot. Sami S. kept in touch with us after we left that day, and made sure they had the vehicle on-site for us. When we came back a few days later, Sami greeted us with warmth and was amazing with our 5-year old son. The price was on point for what we were looking for, and we were given a great orientation to our new car. In a short couple hours, we headed out with our new Tiguan, and an exceptional experience at Alexandria VW.
