While we have a nearly perfect FICO score, no one could tell us how or who could get the advertised 1.9% rate. Since you partner with finance companies and do not offer financing directly from VW your rates are non-competitive. Also, your after purchase service packages should be presented in written form prior to the actual purchase so the customer sees all the options up front, especially because the VW warranty is so comprehensive.. Finally, the Tiguan is a very well made car. More

No Hassle, Pressure Free Car Buying Experience I don't usually feel compelled to write a review unless I get superior customer service or poor customer service. In this instance, my wife and I had I don't usually feel compelled to write a review unless I get superior customer service or poor customer service. In this instance, my wife and I had a flawless and smooth car buying experience. When we stepped onto the lot, we originally wanted to look at a 2019 VW Atlas. We quickly realized that was too big of an SUV and opted to look at the 2019 VW Tiguan SE. We were met by Brett Alexander, who was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. He knew the ins and outs of the vehicle and was able to quickly answer any question that we threw at him. We took the vehicle for a test drive and quickly knew we liked the SUV though we didn't want to make a quick and hasty decision without looking at a few other types of cars first. Brett ran over the numbers with us, and even though we thought he gave us a great deal, we weren't quite ready to buy that day without looking at competitors. Though I am sure Brett wanted us to buy the car that day, he didn't pressure us and didn't try to solicit us in the following days. Having bought a few cars in the past, that's not something that I am used to, and it was a nice change of pace. After we looked at competitors, we quickly realized we wanted the 2019 Tiguan and called Brett two days later. It was quick and efficient process. From test driving the vehicle again, negotiating my trade-in, going through finance, and driving off in our brand new SUV, we were in and out within an hour and a half! Also, a shout-out to Joe (I think that was his name) in Finance. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable regarding the finance questions. He didn't pressure me into buying any of the additional add-ons. He just presented me with all of the additional options and broke the prices down and how they would affect my payments. Bottom line, it was a pressure free, easy car buying experience. Exactly the way it should be More
