Firs DONT USE THE SERVICE CENTER This place is the epitome of a shady car dealership I’ve brought my car here twice and will never bring it back. First time was for a battery replacement; when I went to pick it up the price I was charged was nearly double the price I was quoted. They also recommended nearly $2000 in services, including a 60,000 mile service package when my car only has 36,000 miles. I had the same services performed at another center for $650. The second and final time was for a routine oil change. I scheduled an appointment online but on arrival was forced to join the queue, rendering the advance booking completely pointless. Despite an offer listed on the specific dealer site for a $60 change and filter package, my bill was priced at $85. When I asked why the difference I was told it was for “parts and labor” but that he would knock $10 off for me. When I showed him the fine print of the offer stating parts and labor were included in the $60 price, he then said it was for “proper disposal.” I ended up waiting around for hours. This service center has all the warning signs of disingenuous business practices. No transparency, and associates blatantly lie to justify exorbitant prices despite what they themselves advertise. I would caution anyone considering bringing their car here to think twice and to look into any other service center. Buyer beware! More

I originally saw the VW Sportwagon TDI on www.cars.com on Wednesday and Alexandria called me to book an appointment on Saturday. I received a text from Terrell to confirm my appointment. I drove 1.5hrs on Saturday to Alexandia VW. Terrell knew the models he had in stock and showed me the car I had come to see along with slightly different cars to compare extra features, along with other TDI models. In the end I purchased the car I had come to see. Jasmin Mason, Finance Manager was great and raised my financing questions to sales management. I am really impressed with how her knowledge of financing, clear communication with her colleagues, and her total command of the electronic documents table made the heavy lifting of numbers convenient. 3 hours from walking in the door I left with a detailed pristine gorgeous VW Sportwagon TDI. These guys value your time and make the process efficient. They heard my interests and concerns and made a sale. More

He gathered my info and got me in and out without waiting around all day. He was honest and helpful on info I asked about. He took me over to the parts dept. where I had a questions about tires for my hybrid. That's where I met Mr. Fred Mayer, who was great also . He inspected my veh. and gave me an honest answer to my questions. He also was great to have a conversation with. I have to say, both Rick and Fred are a GREAT asset to your dealership. Being Honest and humble is what both have. Keep up the good work that you do. More
