I purchased this car remotely, via internet, sight unseen - he inspected the car and told me the items, i.e. wheel curb rash and door dings, took pics of the seat wear. He was straight forward when we entered negotiations and upfront. I was skeptical because I'd had a bad experience with Wyler in Columbus, OH where when I came to pick up the car, additional items were added and the price I had planned to pay wasn't what they would accept. This wasn't the situation with Dan @ Alexandria - it was what he told me/sent me - no added 'dealer items'. My advice, don't be afraid to remotely purchase a vehicle from Dan - I trust that he will deal with you with the highest level of integrity and tell you upfront what is right and wrong with the car. More

I am a young guy, fresh credit, and was looking for my first car. I have always had a love for cars so I still wanted to buy something fun and nice. I went to multiple dealerships, multiple different cars first car. I have always had a love for cars so I still wanted to buy something fun and nice. I went to multiple dealerships, multiple different cars, and everywhere but one place I was treated like a person and just made to feel happy and good. This place was Alexandria Volkswagen and I can't even begin to describe how amazing my sales person Sami was during the whole process. It didn't matter that I was young. He made me feel like a client who matters. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy with everything, that the car was bright and shiny and that the whole process worked out. Finally, everything worked out and I can't be grateful enough. If you ever want a sales person who will actually care about you and do everything possible to help you, Sami is the guy to go to. I will recommend anyone interested in a VW to go to him and I will personally never buy a VW from another dealership or other sales person as long as Sami is there!
