great place for car shopping! I bought brand new Golf 2020, TSI, yesterday at this great place. On my first visit I was looking for something else, but when I took this beautiful I bought brand new Golf 2020, TSI, yesterday at this great place. On my first visit I was looking for something else, but when I took this beautiful car for the test drive, it was LOVE at first sight. I knew I have got to get it!! :). I worked with Syed Hussain to close the deal. He was so helpful that we sealed the deal in 15 minutes. This was the first time I felt like the staff is working for me and wants me to get the car I want at affordable (for me) rates. He took great care of us, from the moment we walked in (bought refreshments for us, very nice) till the moment I got the keys and drove the car out of that lot. My friend noticed some small paint issue when we were about to leave, but Syed wasted no time and took care of it in a second. Great experience and great customer service/great specials at Alexandria Volkswagen!! p.s. my friend is about to go in and buy the car there too!! What more can I say!? More
