Unprofessional and extremely disappointing Purchasing my 2020 Tiguan from this dealership has proven to be a huge mistake. I had a positive experience with the salesman but the experience with Purchasing my 2020 Tiguan from this dealership has proven to be a huge mistake. I had a positive experience with the salesman but the experience with the periphery services has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I cannot get responses to my reasonable inquiries either through voicemail or email. I have had my vehicle for over three months and still have not received my permanent plates. The tag and title department has not responded to a single voicemail or email of mine. To clarify, the delay in permanent plates has nothing to do with COVID. My DMV has been processing registration since June 1st and has always had the availability to file online. Two months after purchasing my vehicle (June 28th) I learned the dealership never submitted my application for plates because they didn't have sufficient information from me....however they never made me aware of this. I had to discover this myself. Most recently, my insurance agent contacted me a week ago to inform me the dealership called to change my insurance information without my consent....I would love to know what this is about but I can't get anyone from the dealership to respond to my emails or voicemails addressing the question. Extremely disappointing and frustrating. More
