I had an 7:30 appointment on Wednesday , Sept 08, 2021 for a 2020 Jetta recall and also to determine why the coolant fluid sign had appeared on my dashboard. That same afternoon, I called to check on the status of the repair and was informed by the adviser that it's not ready and that he will check with the technician/mecanic and will call me right back. Not hearing back from him, I took Uber from my work (in DC) all the way to the dealership to pick up my car, ooops it's was NOT ready, when supposedtly it should take about an hour to fix the recall (software) . I got so frustrated and simply decided to take my car and the xxxx with the recall. I will contact your corporate people and the people that sent the recall letter. More

Aug 2nd 2021, I purchased a 2018 Audi Q7, despite the unfriendly and somehow rude attitude that sales person had with us, due to long distance travel and us being tired for looking a used car my wife and unfriendly and somehow rude attitude that sales person had with us, due to long distance travel and us being tired for looking a used car my wife and I decided to purchase. Next day when I was driving behind my wife, I noticed a strong smoke coming out of the exhaust and oil splashing from the rear, the entire bottom of vehicle was covered by oil. I had to drop the car at Audi dealer and they confirmed that the oil sensor is broken there is a crack in oil pan and some other issues with the car and recommended not to drive with a car in this condition. I have not received any feedback even after I called the dealer and explained the situation to sales person (Dean), left a voice mail for sales manager (Aziz)and nothing happened yet. I had my car in Audi Chantilly since I purchased it (10 days) while I am responsible to make the payments on time. More
I had a great experience working with Sedeke Dunzo. If you get the chance to work with him, you are in good hands - he had an impressive knowledge of the new Taos line. He was able to go through the doze you get the chance to work with him, you are in good hands - he had an impressive knowledge of the new Taos line. He was able to go through the dozens new features of the new 2022 line. Most importantly - he was patient. I was not ever pressured which is great and I came in after doing my research and knowing what I wanted to spend. In the end I finally drove off the lot with a great car!
