My experience with Jasmine, the finance officer was the total opposite of being a great experience. Because of her actions and her professionalism, purchasing any future vehicles through Volkswagen would be questionable. Being a consumer with a 803 score, and offering me a 4.69% finance rate was an insult and later threatening me with a lock-in for 6 months to that rate was a bigger insult. My banking institution recognized my rating as being one that warranted a low finance rating of 1.99%. The vehicle will be refinanced through another banking institution within the next several days. More

I'm sure Alexandria Volkswagen is a decent dealership but my sales rep wasn't very good. Just about every action had to be initiated and followed up by me multiple times. I had to ask basic questions multiple times, with responses taking days. It took two months, a few visits in person, and about a dozen requests (verbal and written) for them to send me the completed paperwork. Each time I requested the paperwork he had some excuse that someone had to put it on a flash drive and they weren't there or someone from finance will get ahold of me, and the managers were always unavailable. When my tags came in, I went back to the dealer to pick them up. One of the rear screw mounts was messed up so the same unhelpful sales rep mounted the rear plate with only one screw. I had to find a different person to fix the mount. I was going to purchase a second vehicle from them but have decided to go elsewhere. More
