After a less-than-stellar encounter at another dealership, I was prepared for the worst, but the team here, especially the salesman, Rob Rocheford, really turned things around. From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly friendly and attentive. Juggling three kids with no phones is tough enough, but he made the process feel easy. He didn’t rush me, listened to my needs, and was patient as I went over the options. The finance manager, Jasmin Mason, was also great to work with—quick and efficient without any of the usual stress. It's rare to find that kind of service where you actually feel like someone cares about your situation and isn't just trying to push a sale. As for the Tiguan itself, it’s really a beautiful car—very drivable and comfortable. All the little bugs in the navigation system that annoyed me in the 2020 and 2021 models are gone. The updates in this version make a big difference, and it’s a smoother experience overall. I bought my first car about a month or so ago at this dealership with Rob Rocheford. It was a great experience and he answered all of my questions, however I unfortunately did not look at the JD Power ve dealership with Rob Rocheford. It was a great experience and he answered all of my questions, however I unfortunately did not look at the JD Power vehicle valuation beforehand. I think in some ways he took advantage of my lack of knowledge regarding cars and sold me the car at a price he knew was way too high. As I said this was my fault, but I recommend anyone going in to ensure they have a good understanding of how much the used car is actually worth-and negotiate! Regardless, I do love my car and learned a valuable lesson. More
