I’ve been looking to buy a new car the past couple of months and Volkswagen was a final contender. When I started working with Rob Rocheford from Alexandria Volkswagen, he was different. I felt comfortable keeping in communication with him because he wasn’t pushy and was clearly trying to meet my needs. I felt respected and in the driver’s seat. When I was ready to buy, Rob was there and I had an amazingly wonderful customer service experience. The whole process was done in less than 3 hours - I mean, from picking me up, test driving, paperwork, finance, to out the door.
