My daughter had a car accident and the insurance company totaled her car. The accident happened 5 days prior to her business trip, which took her out of the country. Rob had the car conveniently parked near the sales room, cleaned off all of the pollen and made sure the car was in pristine condition. He met us at the entrance to the customer parking area, made sure I had a parking spot. He provided a very friendly and welcoming greeting. He had an intense knowledge of the car and all of the bells and whistles (which were plentiful). I was so impressed!! I will trust him to take the father's role in any future car purchasing situations. Thank you Rob!!! More
