Completely unprofessional! ! The dealership does not hire qualified or professional employees. Everyone from sales to service was horrible to deal with. The sales person, Ree ! The receptionist just transfers you to voicemail, which is a waste of time because nobody returns calls. Both the new (Chris) and used (Marcelo) cars sales managers completely avoided my calls and refused to help with my issue. They passed me off to the service manager (Mike Welch) who also refused to return my calls. The service department messed up the tint application, making the windows too dark to pass inspection and they refused to even discuss options on how to move forward. I was left to deal with the problem on my own. I would recommend you find another place to do your business. More

I recently purchased a 2017 Audi A4 from Alexandria Volkswagen and my experience has been a complete disaster. After just a short test drive, I commented to my salesmen (Farouk) that I could smell a co Volkswagen and my experience has been a complete disaster. After just a short test drive, I commented to my salesmen (Farouk) that I could smell a coolant smell coming from the car. He dismissed this concern, and said it could be cleaning product, or just a leftover smell from service. He INSISTED that the car was carefully inspected. I asked for the list of what was checked, and he said that wasn't something they could provide. Against my better judgement, I regrettably trusted this and moved forward with the sale. After driving home, I checked the coolant level and it had dropped significantly. I returned to the dealership and was walked to the service department. There I talked to Jon, he sent the car to have the coolant system checked. I then received my car back, saying there was no issue found, but bring the car back if the coolant level drops again. I drive home, and within 120 miles, the coolant has dropped significantly. I take the car back, they test it again, and finally determine there is a water pump failure. Something that was evident to me on the test drive. Because the water pump has an extended warranty with Audi, they sent me there. While at Audi, it was determined that the motor mounts had failed. Something I suspected, but didn’t bring up because I was trying to address my water pump issue. When I brought this to Alexandria VW’s attention, they offered no support, no recourse and no apology. I am deeply disappointed with Alexandria VW. Now I’m left with a $2000+ repair on a car I just purchased. I’ve put more miles on the car trying to get it fixed, than I have enjoying it. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to ANYONE. During this vehicle purchase I have been misled, dismissed, and mistreated. This is a complete failure of service. More
