As Alexandria Toyota has won the prestigious "Presidential Award" for nearly 25 years in a row, I consider the staff (both service and sales) to be very competent. About two weeks ago, I took my car in (2002 Camry, 135,000 miles) for extensive maintenance. Paul needed it for nearly a week to make all the necessary repairs. Paul supplied me with a free rental car, gave me numerous discounts, and even had the interior of the car cleaned and the exterior washed and polished before I picked it up. My car looked and drove like a new car. I couldn't have asked for better service. Paul even gives out his own cell number if you have a problem contacting him. He is highly recommended. More

I had an accident re-installing one of middle seats and it was locked in a position it was unusable. He had the seat installed correctly in less than 30 minutes. Paul Sonnhalter is my service manager and I would not go to anyone else--he keeps me apprised as to what is needed, now and in the future, and what can wait or may not be worth the investment. He has personally assisted me as I looked for used Toyotas for my daughters and makes me confident that--after service in his shop--their cars are safe and mechanically sound. He explains what’s going on with my cars and is always willing to chat with me about mechanical issues even before I bring the cars in for repair. Every time I work with Paul Sonnhalter in the Service Department, I have a wonderful and pleasant experience. He has exceptional people skills and explains everything that is happening to the car. Not only does he have exceptional people skills but he is also very patient. Things can get very hectic in the Service Department due to the amount of people that they see on a daily basis.
