Service department was great! Just moved to the area and went to this dealer since it's the closest to my house. Joe Parsons helped me out today with a key issue. The confidence in Eric Watt (Sales) is becau I purchased three vehicles for myself and two for my family members from Jack Taylor's Alexandria Toyota. The confidence in Eric Watt (Sales) is because he has always helped me make best decisions about the vehicles I wanted to purchase. On top of that, Jason Baker in service department is the best among the best service team. I am an engineer myself and understand the importance of pin pointing the problem to get it fixed. Jason Baker has the ability to listen to my needs, understand, identify and correct the issues that require a smooth and safe operation of my vehicles. In fact, he always handles my vehicles as his own. You can't find this personal level of customer service at other dealerships. Jack Taylor's service department has honored my warranty requests without hassle, has issued multiple coupons that saved me hundreds of dollars. I would recommend the dealership to anyone without a second thought. I hope this helps many prospect buyers make a better decision. More

Recognizing what could have been a serious problem I bought my 2006 Highlander at Alexandria Toyota and have gone there for service over the years. I went in just prior to Christmas in December 2014 t I bought my 2006 Highlander at Alexandria Toyota and have gone there for service over the years. I went in just prior to Christmas in December 2014 to have the vehicle checked prior to my trip to Chicago to visit my family. Mr. Parsons greeted me and agreed to check things out and perform some minor scheduled maintenance. He returned saying that the steering seemed heavy to him and requested my OK to check into the matter. I agreed. He returned showing me a bearing that was making a grinding sound. The parts were replaced and I was amazed at the difference in the steering! Had that part failed during my trip I could have had a bad accident. With over 125,000 miles on the vehicle the need for the repair was not unusual I would think. Great work by the team at Alexandria Toyota! Mr. Bell and Mr. Parsons remembered me on my latest visit. This time for a change of tires. My thanks to the service department at Alexandria Toyota for keeping my Highlander safe and road ready! More

Emergency Repair I was in my Nissan Sentra at the Potomac Yard (across from this dealership) and noticed that the plastic cover below the engine had separated from the I was in my Nissan Sentra at the Potomac Yard (across from this dealership) and noticed that the plastic cover below the engine had separated from the frame and was almost dragging on the asphalt. Since the nearest Nissan dealer was several miles away, I went across the street to this Toyota dealership hoping to be able to buy the plastic plugs which I intended to try to put in to fix the problem. The friendly parts man told me that the plastic attachments were different sizes depending on the model Toyota I have, so I would need a VIN no. When I told him I had a Nissan, he suggested seeing one of the service managers for help since they may be able to do something. I talked to Paul Sonnhalter and he immediately said that he would see what he could do. He got it repaired as I sipped the complimentary coffee in their waiting room. What service! The only thing I'm paying for this is the time to write this review. Great dealership!!! More

Alexandria Toyota is Quality from beginning & is on-going! This is one terrific dealership. The sales people are knowledgeable, not pushy, listen and are interested in helping you find what your looking for in This is one terrific dealership. They are friendly, helpful & get matters fixed in a timely way. If there is a problem or a delay occurs due to additional repairs needed, they take the time to explain what additionally needs to be done, why, how much longer the service will take and any costs involved. The employees are neat, clean, know their work and do the job right the 1st time! I stopped in today as I was passing the dealership. I had an appt for tomorrow morning but hoped the car could be checked out right then. I spoke with Paul Sonnhalter. I said I'd prefer to come in for my next day appt rather than wait for a long time today. Well, Paul got the car checked out & ready to roll in no time flat! Excellent Job! Superb service at Alexandria Toyota--Hilary Stephenson I have been using this dealership for service on my 1003 toyota for about 3 1/2 years since moving up to this area. Nothing but excellent service--rec I have been using this dealership for service on my 1003 toyota for about 3 1/2 years since moving up to this area. Nothing but excellent service--recommend George Queen, service manager for your contact person. They have caught one problem that could have been fatal if it had happened on the open road (broken "dog leg") but thanks to my having kept up on regular maintenance, there is, overall, nothing mechanically wrong w/ the vehicle. So, I asked them recently to have the bumpers replaced & repaint entire car. Looks like new and no recalls in my future! I have NEVER felt that being a woman was the least bit a disadvantage around there--I'd guess that a half or more of the people I see bringing in cars for servie or looking at new cars (which I did before I went the repaint route) are women. Added attractions--there are plenty of chairs in which to sit near a TV, or in a quiet room for laptop users. Free (I think) coffee, and clean rest rooms. More
