After rotating my tires, Usually Jack Taylor's Alexandria Toyota's service is excellent. This time they made an error that could have been disastrous. After rotating my tires, the technician failed to tighten the lug nuts on my left front wheel. The day after the service, I drove from DC to Raleigh, NC. The wheel began to make a bad thumping sound when I arrived in the Raleigh area. If I hadn't stopped at a tire service, the wheel could have fallen off while I was doing 75 on route 85. Lucky me, lucky Alexandria Toyota. More
