You must be joking I took my 2010 Prius here once.. just once. It was for a recall that required the ECU be updated to improve the braking. Updating the ECU is as abou I took my 2010 Prius here once.. just once. It was for a recall that required the ECU be updated to improve the braking. Updating the ECU is as about as simple as it gets, and they still screwed it up. But I didn't realize that they screwed up until about three weeks later when I opened my hood. Imagine my surprise to see all the parts from my fusebox spread across the top of the engine, just as it had been when they did the update. The tech simply closed the hood *without putting anything back*. And they let me drive the car away like that. So despite that, when another recall came I called them up to schedule the work and the person simply hung up on me. I will never take my car here ever again for anything. More
