Then I went to Alexandria Hyundai, all of their cars were certified. Sales person told me that they are number 1 in certified used car dealer. After yesterday's disastrous interaction with Mr. Kwang Bae, I had the delightful pleasure of dealing with the owner of Alexandria Hyundai, Mr. Kevin Reilly. He replied directly though this review and sincerely apologized for what had happened. He asked me to call, which I did, and I had a pleasant conversation with him. He exemplified the kind of professionalism I had hoped from Mr. Kwang Bae. He and Mr. Kwang Bae's boss, Mr. Joon Bae, both were incredibly kind and ready to assist and remedy the situation from yesterday; which I feel they properly did. With an owner and lead manager like those two, I see Alexandria Hyundai will steer in the right direction. Hopefully they properly admonish and correct their employee and he never disrespects customers again. Thank you again, Mr. Reilly, for being so quick to mediate and acknowledge the situation, I sincerely appreciate your attention to the matter and your kindness. PREVIOUS REVIEW: I bought my car here in 2013 and came here for needed repairs as needed. I had never had a problem before until now. If you come here, DO NOT EVER DEAL with the sales manager Mr. Kwang Bae. He is the rudest and most inconsiderate person I have ever dealt with. The low rating I am giving is purely his fault. He has no tact when dealing with customers, and plays the blame game instead of being helpful. If, as a customer, I am frustrated with a situation, then have some tact and professionalism to help the situation instead of making it worse. He is also intensely pompous with hyundai owners, stating that if you didn't buy the car from him, you are not worth his time. I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE DUE TO HIS STUPIDITY. Never again! It was a huge mistake to least 2 cars from them. They did not appreciate our business. I got the first car on Mars 2016 for my wife and the second last year for myself. No one mentioned that I am responsible for the property tax. They sent a huge bill and I was asked to break it down they refused. I even asked to pay with American Express the whole amount they refused again. I was planning to either buy a new car or lease a new one from them but not anymore. I asked for help but no one cares, the dealer nor the financial department. I am going somewhere else at least they will appreciate our business. Very bad experience. What a shame. More

Very Slow I have taken my car here a few times. They have never been on time and NEVER call me, I am always the one to call them. We will have an agreed upon ti I have taken my car here a few times. We will have an agreed upon time for me to pick up my car, when that time approaches I will call to check up to make sure it is ready. It is never ready and it is always hours before they can get am answer back to me. After multiple attempts to reach them and escalating frustration, they will finally call me back. I really should stop taking my car here, the only reason I do is because it is close to work. My advice to anyone taking their car here: If you take it in at 8am, start calling them at noon and then every hour after that until they give you an update. More
