Helpful and Respectful to First-Time New Car Buyer I had done my research ahead of time and had been torn between a Toyota Corolla and Hyundai Elantra. My last car was an Elantra but I had friends and I had done my research ahead of time and had been torn between a Toyota Corolla and Hyundai Elantra. My last car was an Elantra but I had friends and family try to sway me towards a Corolla. However, after driving the new 2017 Elantra I knew this was what I wanted. The listed value of the car was fantastic, and then they were flexible and amenable in working with me to agree upon a final price point. The staff was wonderful. This was my first time buying a new car and despite my unease and anxiety upon making a five-digit investment while walking in to Alexandria Hyundai, Navid made me feel very comfortable, especially after my husband had to leave due to a work emergency. I insisted on staying by myself to buy that car! Tim walked me through the process of financing and it was all very straightforward and easy to understand. I will definitely recommend Alexandria Hyundai to anyone else looking to buy a vehicle, or to my friends with Hyundais that live in Alexandria. More

So, I wanted to take a minute to express how happy I was with my experience this weekend at your dealership. I am a current Hyundai Tucson owner (I purchased a 2016 Tucson Limited in 2016 at Chantilly dealer) and was looking to see if I could get a good deal on a second Tucson so that I can upgrade my daughter's car as she heads back to college in the next month. Knowing that I really like my 2016 Tucson, I didn't feel the need to go out and look at other vehicles. So Saturday morning I got online on the TrueCar/USAA tool to seek a car that met my needs. Within minutes I received a phone call from Jae and we discussed what I was looking for. Less than an hour later, Jae and Joon sent us a quote for a Tucson Limited with the Ultimate package. I was only looking for a limited but Jae and Joon really went above and beyond to price this upgraded car so that it was too good to pass on. Within a few hours I was in your dealership doing paperwork with Jae, Joon and Tim...each one of these employees should be commended. This was the least painful experience I have ever had with buying a car...less than an hour later and we were heading out the door with a new car. Supurb!! On top of that...Joon personally ran our 2016 Tucson through the car wash...a service we did not expect. Tim made the painful part of financing easy and comfortable...AND...later that night Tim called us to inform us he didn't give us all the rebates he should have and it ended up lower our payments another $20/month...not a lot...but we wouldn't have known the difference and felt Tim went above and beyond. We truly appreciated his honesty and efforts. Bottom line...we live in Loudoun County and are very close to Chantilly...but when I have needs in the future...I will be back to your dealership...the experience was pleasant and Jae, Joon, and Tim took excellent care of us. You don't always feel that way when buying a car. So please pass along this praise to these three gentlemen. Thanks More
