I did my "homework" in advance in terms of what to expect in negotiating with dealerships and what to be mindful of. Still, I hadn't owned a vehicle in long time and was expecting a difficult experience. I was wrong: Charles and the Alexandria Hyundai staff were excellent and worked with me to finalize a lease and options that I'm very pleased with. I'm writing this during a pandemic and must say that staff were very cautious and professional and patient with me! More
