I received a letter from Saturn that there was a recall on my vehicle wherein the PCM needed to be re-programmed and I made an appt. and brought my vehicle in on 3-17-11. Never having service of any kind at that point due to my going in the past to the Ventura Saturn, this was my first visit at Bunnin and it sure beat Ventura Saturn by far!!! From the minute I pulled up to be greeted immediately by the Service Advisor Teodoro and from him I went over to ask a question to the Receptionist Bea Martinez and later with Marisol Jordan who were superb! The Customer Service was extremely efficient, pleasant and a treat to deal with and I must say makes Bunnin for sure. Any question I asked was answered and pleasantly at that.
