We had purchased a new truck for my husband in 2012 and then we never have been able to get good service in purchasing a vehicle when we tried to purchase my GMC terrain there was a young girl that was working with us that was wonderful and my husband kept telling her we wanted a Denali for his wife . Her supervisor cutting the deal was RUDE We kept getting told that you did not have a Denali and then we would not be able to afford it because they really wanted us to take the black GMC terrain that was out front Of your business so we went to Springfield GMC and that just exactly what we wanted I don’t do well when someone tells me that I can’t afford something. Excellent and only Proficient at same time! Sales was amazing. Chris Doyle and Dave Macro outstanding! Only issue was when you have a 4:15 pick up vehicle appointment and you sit at dealership waiting for over 2 hours for the financing department to finish up with other customers, not the best feeling! Hence getting home after 7:30 from a 4:15 appointment. That's the only issue from receiving 5 stars. Time Management needs to be in sync with all players. I hold scheduled meetings everyday with my students parents and know their time is limited for legal paperwork. If I schedule a 10:00 -11:15 ,I have reports and signature papers ready and keep every player on task for designated time. I know closing a deal is different but time management the same! More

Fast, efficient and affordable! Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Jamie was very friendly and checked me in immediately.
