Recall service—set up appointment 3-4 days out. Arrived at appointed time. After 45 minutes I was told they don’t have the parts needed to make the repair. 1 hour drive each way to no avail. I originally wrote a good review about the service department unclogging the drain tubes on my 2007 H3 Hummer. After a big rain storm last night I came out of my work got into my hummer the floors wer department unclogging the drain tubes on my 2007 H3 Hummer. After a big rain storm last night I came out of my work got into my hummer the floors were wet and have 2 inches of water on the floor. The water was leaking through the sunroof controls. I had water in my cup holders and on my seats which are leather the amount of water damage was amazing. The drain tubes were not unclogged and not checked. When I called to complain I was given another appointment on Monday have no place to park my vehicle to to keep it out of the rain. I hAve had to cover the roof with a tarp. I have had to keep the heat and hummer running to get all the wet out of the vehicle. I would like the people at Alderman’s to leave there windows down in their car the next time it rains and drive home with all that water in their vehicle than maybe they would I stand my frustration and how upset I am. I can not believe they could not get me in for service the same day. They get one more chance to get this right. I am VERY!!!!! Disappointed with the service I have received. I would give them a negative star if I could. More

As usual, Alderman's did a great job on our annual service appointment. Craig and his team were efficient and punctual. They had us in and out in no time. Oil was changed and tires were rotated.
