We were traveling 930 miles from home and had a problem with our vehicle just outside of Rutland. We were able to make it to Alderman's just as the service dept was closing. Kathy did a great job of helping us, and as we were on a tight schedule one of the mechanics even volunteered to stay late to diagnose the car so we would be able to adjust the trip if necessary. It turned out to be a minor problem and they had the part we needed in stock. Kathy worked us in first thing the next morning and we were on the road by 8:30 am. I would like to commend the entire service dept for their courtesy and help. One employee even called and made arrangements for dinner (with a discount) at a local restaurant. My husband and I both purchased vehicles at aldermans two years prior. We had the extended warrantees which has covered wheel bearings four times in the past two years,sensors,etc all fully covered !!!. I gu years prior. I am aware that they are trying top lower payments by suggesting leasing, but that was not for me and after several attempts they decided I wasn't leasing and worked with me towards the purchase.
