Since I live a distance away, sales was able to do a lot of paperwork via email and work with my finance co. which made it very easy and convenient. Salesperson kept me updated on the status of undercoating process and put a priority on it in the sevice department. Once it was ready, salesperson made arrangements with me to meet at a location and time that was convenient for me. Vehicle was delivered beautifully detailed.
